Ruck for Veterans is aimed at bringing awareness to Veteran’s issues. This year, Ruck for Veterans and Alpha Elite Performance will be hosting a 5K Ruck through downtown Montgomery, benefiting the Green Beret Foundation. The purpose of this event is to raise awareness and critical funds that will assist in answering the call of Green Berets and their families who may be struggling with mental health challenges. This 5K is an active way to show support and shine more light on veteran mental health issues, and promote the benefits of physical activity on mental health.
