This product is amazing! My son (37 years old) was in an accident a few years back and received a concussion from the airbag deploying. He has not had restful sleep since then. I found GBNT and ordered it. He is sleeping great now, and only needs one scoop. I use it occasionally and only need half a scoop to get the best sleep ever!! So glad we found GBNT.

Great product. I took melatonin for years to fight light sleep and inability to settle at night. This supplement covers many faults in my recovery time at night and has me ready to get up at 3:45am every weekday ready to get after it. Berry flavor is great.

This definitely does the job! The label says one scoop with 8oz of water, but the website says two scoops with 16oz and I think the latter is the better option. Definitely out like a light. However, I am not a huge fan of the taste. I think it needs to grow on me more. I also need to find the best way to mix it as blending in a mixer and using the traditional spoon method both has lumps of the product left after thorough mixing. Nonetheless, would recommend.

Stuff is great! Helps me get asleep and stay asleep. The recovery is a major added bonus. Especially being deployed, sleep is imperative to mission success as days are long, and this is huge to help ensure I’m getting the most out of my sleep. A+++ guys!! Great work!!!

I’m throwing my prescription of Ambien away after using G.B.N.T sleep. Full scoop did the trick. My mind wasn’t racing, I fell asleep, had some dreams and woke up before the alarm clock. This stuff is magical. Nice work Alpha Elite Performance.

Holy goodness, I tried a half scoop of the sleep aid and slept wonderfully. I don’t even remember when I got tired, I just passed out. And woke up feeling great.

Another amazing product you guys! My sleep is variable between my heavy travel and training schedule. I’ve tried other products, but by far, even after one night’s use I’m in awe! I regularly track my sleep as a training/recovery tool (I use my Garmin), & some of the results I’ve seen are my REM sleep time doubling, better consistent sleeping patters and falling and staying asleep for much longer. I also really appreciate it that there’s no grogginess when I wake up, each morning I’m waking up like a MF rock-star ready to charge the day. Also, as always, tastes amazing. Thanks for more great quality products- this is another stable in my household!!

Really loved this product. My bf and his roommates were hooked on taking 10mg of melatonin every night. When I brought this in they loved it so much I had to leave it and order myself a new one This product doesn’t cause any grogginess or headaches in the morning like I sometimes get when I take a sleep aid. Wake up early and feeling super rested. The only downside for me personally is the flavor – only because it’s a little bit too fruit punch flavored to me.

I work overnights, so sleep is hard to come by. I’ve been using G.B.N.T. For approximately a week and already notice I’m getting much more restful sleep. I’ll definitely be getting more soon....
