We contracted a Ph.D. chemist for the product that helped us develop G.B.N.T sleep – a safe night time sedative so you can finally sleep.
HOW DOES THIS WORK?
G.B.N.T. Sleep works mostly by providing the “inhibitory” (as opposed to excitatory) neurotransmitters Glycine, GABA, and Serotonin. Some of these amino acids and extracts have a “secretagogue” effect in that they can elicit the release of growth hormone from the pituitary. Additionally, G.B.N.T. Sleep provides other components like Theanine and Melatonin to reduce stress and promote deep restful sleep.
HOW MUCH SHOULD I TAKE?
We recommend that you dissolve ½ to 1 full scoop of G.B.N.T Sleep into 16oz (500mL) of water and stir, It is not good to shake this product. Where do I even begin? I have been using the GBNT for around 2 months now and I absolutely love it. After suffering a stroke in December 2018 from a ruptured vetebral artery, I haven’t been able to sleep a full night due to pain on the right sode of my head and neck. GBNT has helped me relax and fall to sleep effortlessly and I stay asleep. I fell in love with this product and thought I would give the collagen and metal detox a try and I am so glad I did! I got the vanilla collagen and it tastes amazing in my morning coffee and replaces any creamer I used previously. It is also really good with just water. I also love the flavor of the metal detox. With adding both of these in, I am noticing more energy, less joint inflammation. I am not crashing by mid day and my BP is staying where it should be.
