Use  2 to 3 capsules a day spread out over a four-hour period. A pct. is recommended the last week of using Alpha 1- Andro. Two bottles are recommended for a cycle. We recommend using 1 bottle of our Alpha Test as a PCT starting the last week of the Andro cycle. You’ll be very happy with your results.
