You should always check with your doctor before taking any product, because some supplements can cause side effects, or interact with other prescribed or over-the-counter medicines or supplements you’re already taking.
Keep them in a dry cool place as moisture in the air can speed up clumping. Most products are designed for 30 days use.

If you have a missing, lost, stolen or damaged package, please contact the shipping carrier first to attempt to resolve this issue. If you cannot resolve it with them, please reach out to our customer service team.
We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on products purchased directly from us. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return the remainder of the product to us for a full refund within 10 days of purchase. You do not need a return number or authorization to send in a return. Please note that if you purchased an Alpha Elite Performance product from a retailer or other vendor and are not satisfied, you MUST contact the retailer for their return policy.   Return Instructions Please enclose the copy of your order receipt, with reasons why you did not like your Alpha Elite Product. We welcome all reviews so that we may be able to better our business and brand. Refunds will be issued once your return reaches our warehouse. Please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed by our team. Refunds should reflect on your original method of payment within 2-5 days.
